  • Developing a Congregation-Specific Plan to Grow Families

There are four ways in which congregations can help families to grow spiritually, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.  These four ways are: (1) Creating ways for families to spend more time together, (2) Training parents how to help raise their children, (3) Providing an avenue for family members to build relationships with others outside of their family, (4) Supporting families by providing resources and encouragement.

This section is designed to help guide you through the process of developing an approach to minister to the families in your congregation.  Ideally, your approach should address all four areas in which the Church can help grow families.
