Course Description:
The purpose of this course is to aid the student in gaining an understanding in the following objectives:

  1. To identify areas of life to prepare for children and to describe the effect children have on a marriage
  2. Key issues surrounding dual-career parenting and daycare
  3. Understanding the key issues in order to support families who have experienced miscarriages and dealt with infertility issues
  4. Understanding and effectively raising strong-willed children
  5. Identify Biblical methods in raising children
  6. Identify and setting goals for parenting
  7. Identify and learn the four stages of Parenting
  8. Identify and learn the importance of words in parenting
  9. Identify how to set rules and consequences
  10. How to assist children in developing their own faith
  11. Gain a deeper understanding in parenting children with special needs
