Spiritual Leadership

This course examines the condition of leadership development within the church, challenging students to develop their own leadership and prepare others to lead. Based on biblical text, the course examines the development of leaders found in the Old and New Testament as a foundation for preparing a succession plan for the local congregation. Additional readings, online resources, and online discussions will assist students in the development of their succession plan. Through the construction of this design plan paper, students will provide the local congregation where they serve with a course of action to develop the next generation of leaders.
