Elective Requirements

Elective hours required vary by degree program:

  • Master of Biblical Studies in Congregational Ministry -- 12 hours (4 courses)
  • Master of Biblical Studies in Youth and Family -- 6 hours (2 courses)
  • Master of Spiritual Leadership -- 9 hours (3 courses)

Electives may be selected from any combination of courses in the Bible and Theology, Ministry, and Church History categories below. Students may also select eligible courses from other Master's program core categories provided those courses are not already required for their specific degree track.
